Welcome to the JV Music store! We are your source for finding arrangements for Brass Quintet, Brass Ensembles, Concert Band and more.
All our arrangements are by Jari Villanueva, a former member of the Air Force, where he served for 23 years with the United States Air Force Band in Washington, DC. During his time in the band, he held various roles, including trumpeter, bugler, assistant drum major, staff arranger, and music copyist. He is regarded as the country’s foremost expert on military bugle calls, particularly the call of Taps, which is played at military funerals.

This collection of service songs of the U.S. Armed Forces is designed as a standard setting of each of the service tunes of the armed services of the United States. The songs are listed in the protocol order as provided by the Department of Defense.
Each service song can be played as a separate arrangement or this may be performed as a medley. If you use drums you can use the drum cadence as a bridge between each tune. If you don’t use drums you can play it straight down skipping over the cadence. All the songs are in good keys to sing.
I have added “Heave Ho, My Lads, Heave Ho”, the official service song of the US Merchant Marines. When performing a traditional medley of service songs of the US Armed Forces, “Heave Ho My Lads” is not included. It is added here due to many requests for the song.
The arrangement can be played with a standard quintet or with optional substitute parts provided.
INCLUDES:
The Army Goes Rolling Along (U.S. Army)
The Marines’ Hymn (U.S. Marine Corps)
Anchor’s Aweigh (U.S. Navy)
The U.S. Air Force (U.S. Air Force)
Semper Paratus (U.S. Coast Guard)
Heave Ho, My Lads, Heave Ho (U.S. Merchant Marines)
